One of the classic highly fermented "rock oolong". Medium roasted. Exquisite tea with extraordinary taste and aroma. This is the highest mastery tea, which plunges into amazing states, turning tea drinking into something really deep and sacred. It changes in flavor and taste during the process of tea drinking, it warms and immerses in a state of peace and harmony.
In its dry form, when heated by breathing, the tea leaf has the aroma of baked wild berries, jelly, flower honey. Heated in a teapot, the tea begins to change its flavor and disappears into oatmeal cookies, baked strawberries. The washed tea leaf has the aroma of sweet and sour bread. In an empty bowl the aroma of melted almond milk, honey, gingerbread, and magnolia flowers. All these tastes and aromas fascinate and make you feel harmony and happiness with every sip.
Rock oolongs are a special type of tea, the production process is the most complex in the world. A lot depends on the quality of tea leaves, the skill of the master and of course on our ability to properly brew and appreciate this tea.
