Ha Giang Huang Ya | "Yellow Buds from Ha Giang"
Ha Giang, Vietnam
As it should be, only buds are used for the production of this tea. HaGiang Province is famous for its old tea trees, as well as old tea bushes. It is from these bushes that the buds were picked, which were used to make this tea. The bushes are about 30-50 years old, and they grow at an altitude of about 1200 meters. Picked and cooked completely by hand, this tea pleases both with its appearance and its aromas and flavors. P>
At the first acquaintance with tea cannot but rejoice his appearance, namely, beautiful whole fleecy buds, light brown. The aroma of cocoa and hot chocolate. When heated in hot dishes, the tea opens up into aromas resembling a crust of sweet and sour bread and baking yeast. After the tea is washed, the aroma is transformed into pastries, tiramisu, cocoa, and roasted hazelnuts. The taste is soft, light with milky chocolate notes and with a long aftertaste. A light bitterness gives this tea an exquisite piquancy. Infusion color dark beer. A bit muddy. P>
This yellow tea does not look like the classic yellow teas in China. It is recommended for those who love something new, extraordinary and ready to enjoy simplicity and ease. If you could compare this tea with a picture, then it is a watercolor in cream tones, rather than a summer day, painted with bright oil paints. p>
With subsequent proper storage, this tea will become even more refined. Its taste will become softer and deeper. P>
