Talking about flavour profile, this is the most classic black tea in AN SHIM TEA Collection. Perfect 'Afternoon Tea' with old school Assam taste which made tea famous for the western world. But every time I drink this tea, I find something special about it. We have limited edition of this tea to pay a tribute to one of the most famous tea places and very special high-quality representative of it. This tea has some magic between the lines and definitely deserves special attention for real tea connoisseurs. This tea can be brewed traditionally in a cup or teapot, as well as gongfu style, appreciating all the nuances of changes.
Dry tea leaves have a light sugary aroma. After worming up the aroma develop into tobacco, honey and little bit smoky notes. The taste is classic but at the same time surprisingly gentle and refreshing with some woody and baked sugar nuances. There is also a famous Assam bitterness what makes this tea strong and powerful and ready for milk to be added. Perfect Classic made with love and passion.
