AN SHIM TEA is a modern tea project focused on the traditions and innovations of high tea culture. We make the tea industry closer to customers, educate, and entertain to make high-quality tea more popular and understandable. We organize tea events focused on tea education and popularization. We source tea straight from producers to guarantee authenticity, freshness, organic, and the highest quality. The teas in our collection are professionally selected and quality-assessed based on the academic knowledge gained from scientists and industry leaders in the study of tea. From classic to modern phenomena, as well as our own blends and unique teas, which were born as a result of our long-time friendship with tea masters from all over the world!
We hold our author’s events like 'Tea and Cinema evenings', 'Tea Therapy', 'Tea Gastronomy', and 'Tea Experience Tours' in different tea-producing countries to help people understand tea more properly. Our educational program, the “AN SHIM TEA EXPERIENCE,” is not just a tea school, but a journey of knowledge that helps people start their tea from the very first steps to becoming professional tea tasters and masters of the tea ceremony. Finally, we organize masterclasses, lectures, and private consultations in different countries to educate people about traditional and new styles of tea, ensuring that our customers are always well-informed and knowledgeable about the world of tea.

Almost all the fresh tea in the AN SHIM TEA COLLECTION is pesticide-free, or even organic farming, and comes strictly from tea producers. For over 10 years, we have deeply appreciated and supported the wisdom of pesticide-free and organic agriculture. We believe tea must be grown harmoniously with the Earth to be truly healing. We choose to work with small, independent farms, many family-run for generations, who respect the soil, cherish biodiversity, and farm with their hands, hearts, and traditions. These are not industrial plantations but living ecosystems, cultivated with reverence. Building long-standing, personal relationships with these growers ensures that our tea is free from harmful chemicals and full of life, intention, and purity. Tea production is nearly the meaning of their lives, a lifework they have dedicated themselves to. These people cultivate, harvest, and produce tea passionately using old family recipes for generations. The mastery, developed over hundreds of years, is reflected in the appearance, aroma, taste of the infusion, and the wonderful state this drink gives.
The Pu'Er tea category and other aged teas are professionally stored by experienced collectors in special storage conditions, observing all the rules for ideal tea aging. We work with collectors from China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong to source one of the most outstanding representatives of the aged tea world. In the AN SHIM TEA Collection, you will find authentic classical Chinese teas with centuries of history, collectible, award-winning, and other unique tea categories. In addition to China, you will find the highest quality teas from Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Africa, Georgia, and Russia in our collection.
