01/25 we will hold an evening dedicated to several amazing rock oolongs from the collection of our tea master. These are real masterpieces in the world of tea of the highest mastery!

1.02.2020 - TEA EDUCATION. NEW GROUP.

We are recruiting a new group for Teaching the Tea Art. The event is an introductory lesson, where we will agree on an exact schedule for further classes. More details about what our program is can be found on the website, in the Services section.

8.02.2020 - Competition grade Taiwanese oolongs.

We continue to acquaint you with the ceremonial teas of the highest craftsmanship from the island of Taiwan, and we invite everyone to try the highest quality representatives of the spring 2019 harvest.

With the support of the Vietnam Tea Masters Academy and the Vietnam Tea Association, this spring we will again organize a Tea Tour to Vietnam. This is an exciting journey and a great opportunity to get acquainted with the culture, traditions, and nature of this beautiful country.

AUGUST

29.08.2020 - Big Tea Tasting of the fresh spring harvest. VIETNAM.

On August 29, at 18:00, in our new space, at Krāsotāju iela 5, RIGA, the Big Tea Tasting of the Fresh Harvest of Spring 2020 will take place. We invite everyone to join us and enjoy a variety of teas from Vietnam. Our tea master will make a lot of unusual teas, as well as share his experience and knowledge in this topic. The event is suitable for both novice tea lovers and established tea gourmets.

SEPTEMBER

5.09.2020 - TEA EDUCATION. New group.

Traditions of ceremonial tea drinking last for many centuries. During such a long period the process of picking and brewing tea has turned into sacred action. The work of true tea masters can be compared with the work of artists who write on their canvases new masterpieces.

19.09.2020 - Big Tea Tasting of the fresh spring harvest. JAPAN.

This country has long been engaged in the cultivation, production, and drinking of tea. As a result of almost 10 centuries of history, we observe a very distinctive tea culture with its original teas, dishes, and brewing methods. Japan gave the world several amazing varieties of tea, which we want to share with you. Matcha, Sencha, Gyokuro, Genmaicha, Hojicha, Red, Black, and Oolong tea.

3.10.2020 - Big Tea Tasting of the fresh spring harvest. Taiwan.

Welcome to our Big Tea Tasting of the fresh spring harvest from Taiwan. Our tea master will brew a lot of amazing teas and share his knowledge about this theme! Alishan oolong, Fu Shou, Dong Ding, Dong Fang Mei Ren, Sun Moon Lake red tea, and Lao Chawan 1980.

China is the birthplace of tea. For 5000 years, various technologies for processing tea leaves have developed in different parts of the Celestial Empire, which led to a huge variety of tea and a rich tea culture. On October 31 and November 1, we will be holding two large tastings of the fresh harvest of the spring of 2020 and will introduce participants to the whole variety of Chinese tea. White, green, turquoise, red and black teas, shu and sheng pu'er, all under the guidance of a tea master who will share his knowledge and prepare an ideal bowl of tea for each participant.

12.12.2020 - LAO CHA Big degustation.

"Lao" is translated from Chinese as "Old". This is a special type of tea that is specially matured for years and even decades in order to unleash the potential inherent in the tea leaf by nature. As a rule, such tea has a very deep, multifaceted, and mild taste, as well as a strong "tea state" or as it is called in China "Cha Qi".
