This is a unique tea that undergoes fermentation in an oxygen-free environment, as a result of which the glutamic acid inside the tea leaf is converted into gamma-aminobutyric acid. This organic compound is the most important inhibitory neurotransmitter of the human central nervous system and takes part in neurotransmitter and metabolic processes in the brain.

Tea leaves have a light jam aroma. After brewing, the aroma begins to develop rapidly and you can feel the berry and bread motives. Deep taste of the infusion, with notes of gingerbread, dried fruits, and dried citrus peel. Very sweet and long aftertaste. Tea evokes pleasant associations of a village and a bathhouse.
