Early spring young buds plucked from wild old pu'er trees.

Due to a special varietal of Camellia Sinensis var. Dehungensis, grown wild high in the mountains of Yunnan province, this tea is very unique comparing to other white teas mostly made from young plantation bushes cultivated at low altitudes. Harvested early spring and traditionally sun-dried, this tea is very gentle, sweet and refreshing with a silky texture. During tea ceremony this tea surprisingly changes and brings new notes and associations every new infusion.

Due to the special cultivars, climate, quality of tea leaves and low level of oxidation, this type of tea provides us with maximum vitamins and micro-elements. Highest quality white teas are made from spring young buds and leaves, traditionally dried under the sun. Such tea material gives most delicate infusion. The taste and aroma are very bright and sweet. White tea regulates body temperature and very good in summer time.

Recommended water temperature: 70-80 °C.

Recommended amount of tea: 3-4 grams per 100 ml of water.

Recommended brewing method: Pin Cha, infusion.

This tea is equally wonderful, both brewed by the Pin Cha method, and infused in a glass or teapot, as it is done in the homeland of this tea. In the second case, we recommend reducing the amount of tea to ~ 2 g to 100-150 ml. Be sure to try both methods, because they reveal this extraordinary tea in different ways. We recommend that you pay attention to the temperature regime, because such tea requires a special attitude!
