Lao Liu Bao | "Six hills"
Liu Bao, Wuzhou, Guangxi, China
Liu Bao is perhaps one of the best black tea varieties in the world. Made from the high-quality tea leaf, prepared with the observance of all the nuances of production and carefully stored for many years, this tea is the best one that can be found today. It has a unique taste and aroma, which every one must feel.
In dry form, this tea seems to have a smell of time, which can also be described as the smell of oldness. However, after the first infusion an unusual symphony of aromas with woody notes, the scent of the forest after the rain, boiled carrots and a raw warehouse opens up. The infusion has a mild, deep, rich taste with a very long aftertaste. Its taste can be characterized as a taste of time with a light bitterness of black chocolate on the first brews. This tea, sustained for 18 years, has a very noble cha qi.
This is one of the most favorite teas of our tea master and we are happy to share this treasure with you. We strongly recommend that you try this rare tea, it is definitely worth your time. The amount of tea is limited.
