Malawi Bai Cha | “White tea from Malawi”
Satemwa, Tyolo, Malawi, Africa
The most interesting thing about this tea is its simplicity. Tea leaves harvested from old tea bushes and dried in the sun. Minimal interference in the production process has preserved in this tea that noble energy, for which we are so fond of tea of the highest mastery.
When dry, the tea leaves have a sweet, fruity flavor. When brewing, you can see floral, honey, and dry-fruity notes, burnt sugar, lemonade, and a very light herbal infusion somewhere between the lines. The golden infusion is very soft and refreshing. Tea evokes a pleasant associative array and transports us to the country bathhouse with its aromas of wood and herbs.
