Organic red tea harvested from older tea bushes over 50 years old. Dry tea has bread, confectionery notes. The large tea leaf gives a thick, rich taste with woody motifs, where you can notice some dried fruits and citruses.

Red tea is a highly fermented tea leaf that has a very rich, intense flavour. Red tea warms up in the cold season and soothes the nervous system.

Recommended water temperature: 90-100 °C.

Recommended amount of tea: 3-5 grams per 100 ml of water.

Recommended brewing method: Pin Cha, infusion.

This tea is equally beautiful, both brewed by the Pin Cha method, and infused in a glass or a teapot, as it is done in the homeland of this tea. In the second case, we recommend reducing the amount of tea to ~ 2 g by 100-150 ml. Be sure to try both methods as they reveal this extraordinary tea in different ways.
