We have been walking towards one special news for a long time and the time has come to share something very important with you! For a year already, our tea master Andrei Ivanov has been working on his new tea project AN SHIM TEA. Since November last year, a lot of work has been done on the project website, as well as on pages in social networks. A huge number of photo shoots, filming and writing a lot of text to make the content more attractive and useful. There is still a lot of work ahead, but it's time to get to know each other better.
The AN SHIM TEA project is a completely new look at tea culture, aimed at tea education. Educational content, news from the world of tea, useful links, and of course, an amazing collection of top teas and tea utensils. The project is developing simultaneously both on Facebook and on Instagram and YouTube, and you can learn about all this from the official website www.anshimtea.com. This does not mean that the IZPODNEBESNOY project ceases to exist, on the contrary, now these two projects complement each other and work for one common cause!
Today, all of us are going through hard times, but this is not a reason to give up our dream of creating an educated tea community where people will have a proper understanding of tea culture and the opportunity to drink quality tea. All this, as practice shows, brings up in us both the ability to be here and now, and to be in harmony with ourselves. This has a positive effect on our physical and mental health, which is always very important, and very relevant in recent times. We are very grateful to each of you for what you are and thus give us strength and inspiration to continue doing what we love!

AN SHIM TEA COLLECTION is a collection of teas of the highest craftsmanship that I have created over the past 5 years and intend to develop and complement with new unique teas. Here you will find classic teas from China, Japan, Taiwan, as well as rare and unique teas from Thailand, Vietnam, India, Nepal, Georgia and Russia. The entire range is built according to the degree of fermentation and yield. Fresh harvests of spring 2022 are waiting for you, and of course, the main feature of our collection is that most of it is tea that does not age, but gets better with time. Almost all tea is organic, which means that it is grown without the use of pesticides, chemical additives and has the appropriate certificates.
TEAWARE is a collection of tableware for better tea moments. Dishes made by masters of China, Japan, Vietnam and Europe, from quality materials, and designed to give you unforgettable tea ceremonies. Each item is unique and one of a kind.
EDUCATION is a section dedicated to tea education, where a lot of educational video content will appear soon. Online tea school, author's lectures on various tea topics and much more.
