Snow Dragon - this is another one unique and exquisite white tea, which consists only of buds picked from ancient tea trees 300 years old. Ha Giang province, Vietnam.
These trees grow approximately 1800 meters above sea level in the wild jungle. This eco-friendly material took all energy from the surrounding paradise place. Buds are been picked once a year, in spring what makes this tea exclusive.
From the first sight there some lightly floral notes buds after the first infusion the picture completely changes. A bouquet of aromas, where notes of dried apricots, peach, halva, white chocolate, and raisin buns. You can plunge into this aroma and discover it again and again. The taste of the infusion is sweet and tender, with notes of white grapes, chrysanthemums, baths, and confectionery. During longer infusions, there is little bitterness which makes these notes stronger and tastes deeper. The beautiful gold color of the liqueur changes his patterns during a whole tea ceremony. The warm aftertaste will remind you that you are dealing with exquisite tea.
