Alishan Gong Fu Hong Cha | „Red tea from Alishan
This is highland tea produced by our master in the Alishan mountains. A fine example of red tea from Taiwan. Thanks to the unique raw materials, this tea has incorporated the aroma of highland oolongs, as well as the versatility and depth of red tea.
At the first acquaintance, tea has notes of honey and wild berries. When heated, the aroma is transformed in the direction of confectionery and citrus notes. After the tea is washed, woody, bath, pastry motifs with notes of raisins and cinnamon appear. The infusion is soft, multi-faceted, with notes of dried berries, red grapes, and burnt sugar. The aroma of an empty bowl is sweet, with notes of raspberry jam, cinnamon and sweet dough.
