Bi Luo Chun | "Emerald Spirals of Spring"
Jiangsu, China
A classic of Chinese green tea with a long history. An unusually delicate and refined tea. One of the most revered green teas in the Middle Kingdom.
The dry leaf is very aromatic with notes of fresh herbs, wildflowers, and rice crackers. When heated in a dish, the tea begins to open up and give out completely indescribable sweet-salty notes. When brewed, the tea unfolds into marine, fruity, floral notes with the sweetness of cotton candy on the lips. Very long and delicate aftertaste.
This tea is produced only once a year, in the spring. The production process of this tea is very laborious and takes a lot of time and effort. For the production of this tea, only the upper buds are harvested, which makes the tea so tender. This is a real tea of the highest skill, made entirely by hand by the master and brought to perfection.
