Mei Gui | "Rose flowers"

This is a classic of Chinese flower tea. These, very young, rosebuds have a very bright aroma and delicate taste. They can be brewed as a standalone drink, or by adding to the blend to any tea or herbs of your choice. Depending on the temperature of the water, you can get both a richer and more gentle infusion.

Harvest: Spring, 2020.

Recommended water temperature: 75-95 degrees Celsius.

Recommended amount of tea: 3 grams per 100 ml of water.

Recommended brewing method: Pin Cha, infusion.
