One of the classic highly fermented "rock oolong". Heavy roasted. Exquisite tea with extraordinary taste and aroma. This Da Hong Pao was assembled and made in 2006, after which it was aged for 13 years in earthenware jars. Once a year, the master took out and roasted tea to remove excess moisture and to finally stop the fermentation process. Smoked and at the same time sweet taste, very fragrant with a long, deep finish. With character and obvious tea state, like aged cognac.

"Lao" from the Chinese language is translated as "Old". This is a special kind of tea that has been specially aged for years and even decades, in order to unlock the potential laid down by nature in the tea leaf. As a rule, this tea has a very deep, multifaceted and mild flavor, as well as a strong "tea state" or as it is called in China, "Cha Qi".

Oolongs are ceremonial teas that require special treatment and attention. It is always a complex of tastes and flavors. It is always changing in aroma and taste with every next infusion. It is always tasty and healthy drink.

Recommended water temperature: 90-95 degrees Celsius.

Recommended amount of tea: 5 grams per 100 ml of water.

Recommended way of brewing: tea ceremony (gongfu ca).
